Our ambition has been for some time, to roll out this professionalism and excellence to a wider community and the Company turned to Premier Commercial Finance Ltd to guide our way through the intricacies of corporate finance during the covid pandemic. Premier has huge experience in the healthcare sector over the entire United Kingdom and they were able to demonstrate their success and integrity by refinancing the Company’s borrowings and arranging funding for the next phase of expansion. As expected, the process was long but the result has brought new life and enthusiasm to the directors, staff and residents, bringing the ambitions to within grasp.

Work on the new Inverness care hub gets underway. The first phase of a new £10 million care hub for the Highland capital is underway. Parklands has begun preparatory work on the site of its tenth care facility at Milton of Leys in Inverness. The new care home will be built by Appledorn, a company with a reputation for building high quality care facilities across the UK. A second phase will see the construction of a later living village adjacent to the care home.
