Westgate Healthcare Group is pleased to announce that a multi-bank facility totalling £34m. has refinanced the Group’s borrowings. Mike Godwin and Alasdair Paul from healthcare specialist financiers, Premier Commercial Finance Ltd, masterminded the re-structure and Rich Eldridge from Clarke Willmott handled the complex legal aspects. Push Patel, Westgate’s CEO added, ”Premier’s expertise had unshackled the Company and paved the way for immediate expansion. We are actively looking for more sites but in the meantime, projects are under way for the construction of two state of the art care facilities.
