Huntington House Ltd Mal and Geoff Hoare have owned the impressive and hugely successful Huntington House Nursing Home in Hindhead for many years. The period property is set in a significant acreage of parkland, which provides the residents with a lovely, green and tranquil setting. The business secured planning consent for a dedicated dementia facility in the grounds, to cater for the growing demand for beds for residents who wanted to remain in the caring hands of Mal and Geoff and their dedicated team. All should have proceeded seamlessly but the Company’s bank was reluctant to assist. At this stage, Premier was called in to assess the banking proposal and lead the way forward. As with all developments, it was vital to de-risk the project by procuring the services of experienced industry architects and contractors. With an impressive team of professionals and a hugely experienced operator, the bank was convinced of success. Mal Hoare commented, “Premier came to our rescue and made our dream become a reality. The company’s expansion goes on. An extension to the specialist dementia unit is now underway, together with a major refurbishment of the care home bedrooms.
